Our name wasn’t chosen randomly nor was it a guess ! We are from the South Of France! Our name, Pampelonne, is an ode to the famous and glamorous Pampelonne Beach in St Tropez. A magical place where the public mingle with celebrities, where anything can happen!

We are a modern version of a French patisserie, redesigned to cater to the most discerning of taste buds, Pampelonne is a choux only pastry specialist in Tokyo.

All of our creations are truly unique, and we regularly update our range with seasonal influences to take advantage of what nature does best. We always use the freshest ingredients available.

A Pampelonne choux is not only gluten free, but it is also a work of Art; a delicate, crunchy and light crust made with 100% gluten free premium ingredients. Our secret?: we replaced milk and standard flour by plant based milk and gluten-free flour .
